Classes are approximately 50 minutes in duration and will challenge people of all fitness levels. Please show up 5 minutes early to class.

Open gym is

  • Monday through Friday from 11:00 to 12:30PM
  • Saturday from 8:00 to 11:00AM
  • Sunday from 8:00AM to 10:00AM

All new clients start with The Intro prior to attending regular class!
